Prepare materials.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and set aside.

Cut the potatoes into 0.3cm pieces. Do not cut off the bottom. You can place two chopsticks on the bottom when cutting.

Put the marinated meat ingredients into a bowl, add water and mix well.

Marinate the cut potatoes in the marinade for 20 minutes (can be longer).

Cut the salami into wide strips and set aside.
