Melt the dark chocolate over water and stir well.

Pour a spoonful of chocolate into the mooncake mold, use the back of the spoon to slowly spread the chocolate evenly on the walls of the mold, and place it in the refrigerator to freeze for about 3 minutes.

Soften your favorite ice cream, put it into a piping bag, squeeze it into the chocolate, squeeze it eight-quarters full, and gently shake the mold a few times to make the surface of the ice cream smooth.

Then pour an appropriate amount of chocolate on top of the ice cream to seal it.

Place it in the refrigerator to freeze hard.
