Stir-fried pork
Overview
It’s Sunday again, and it’s the time for my husband to eat spicy food. My husband is so pitiful. He can only eat spicy food on Sundays. He is usually too busy at work, so my mother makes all the food. Our family doesn’t eat spicy food, so this is the only day to satisfy his craving for spicy food.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork and cut into thin slices.
-
Cut celery into sections.
-
Chop the chili pepper (this chili is so spicy that it makes me cry.)
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan, then add the meat.
-
Stir-fry a few times, add a little salt and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry until the oil is released from the fat meat and the water in the lean meat is dried out. My husband said that the meat should be fried to dry out the moisture so that it doesn't smell like pork.
-
After the meat is fried, add the celery and pepper.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.
-
Finally, sprinkle a little water and stir-fry for a few times to let it absorb the flavor.
-
Come out of the pot.
