Cumin Spicy Fried Pancakes
Overview
Every time I eat leftover cakes at home, I throw them into the freezer again and again. If I save too much, I take them out and make fried cakes. This time the fried cakes are spicy and cumin flavored, using the chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns from Huang Feihong peanuts. It is very numb and spicy, and combined with the burnt aroma of cumin particles, it is quite delicious.
