Except for salt, yeast, butter and accessories, mix all the ingredients and knead until there is no dry powder. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate for one night. After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash, preheat the oven at 140 degrees, bake at 130 degrees for 30 minutes (depending on your oven temperature), cover with tin foil when the color is satisfied.
