The last half of the box of cheese and the last half of the box of frozen blueberries made this little tart. The base of the tart is very crispy, the cheese filling is tender and smooth, mixed with bits of sour and sweet blueberries, and the taste is very rich and delicious.

Steps
-
Prepare the required materials. The main part of the above ingredients is for the tart base, and the rest is for the filling.
-
Make the bottom of the tower first: knead the flour + butter + sugar with your hands until light and fluffy
-
Then add water and mix the powder into a dough, then refrigerate for 30 minutes
-
Take out the refrigerated noodles, divide them into small portions, and press them directly into the mold (the thickness should be even). I used Liulian
-
Poke some small holes on the bottom of the tart shell with a toothpick, bake in the middle and lower rack of the oven at 175 degrees for 8 minutes and set aside
-
You can make the cheese filling while the dough is refrigerated: soften the cheese + yogurt and mix well
-
Then add the beaten egg liquid and mix well
-
Add caster sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves
-
Pour the prepared cheese filling into the bottom of the half-baked tart
-
Add blueberries and place in the oven for another 10 minutes until the tart liquid solidifies
