Danish Chocolate Brownie
Overview
I used some leftover Danish pastry bars and rolled them into chocolate nut rolls. Unexpectedly, the finished product was surprisingly good.

Steps
-
There are always some leftovers from making Danish bread.
-
Cut the larger pieces into strips.
-
Coil and ferment in a six-piece cake mold.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake on the middle rack for 13-15 minutes. When you see the buns puffing up during baking, place a baking sheet on top.
-
Put the Dove milk chocolate into a piping bag and melt it over water. Prepare some nuts and crush them with a knife.
-
Spread the melted chocolate on the outer ring of the bun and stick on the chopped walnuts of your choice.
-
The finished product is not only delicious, but also pretty good-looking, and you can’t tell it’s made from scraps.
