Strawberry ice cream
Overview
The overall feeling of going to the market this year is that fruits are more expensive, and vegetables and meat are cheaper than in previous years. Finally, fruits are starting to become a little cheaper, as if they are free. I bought a lot but couldn't eat them all, so I started making ice cream. Who knew that I couldn't stop it at the beginning, and then... Anyway, I made a lot of ice cream.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the strawberries and dry them.

Crush 2/3 of the strawberries in a food processor and set aside.

Cut the remaining 1/3 strawberries into small pieces.

Add sugar to the light cream and beat until thick and there are lines on the surface, but they will disappear after a while.

Add strawberry juice and mix again.

Add diced strawberries.

Mix well again, refrigerate, stir once every 2 hours, stir 4 to 5 times.

Chill in the refrigerator for about half an hour before eating and you can easily dig it out.
