  4. The beaten egg whites are mixed with the egg yolks in three batches, the first three times the egg whites are folded into the egg yolks, and the last three times the egg yolks are folded into the egg whites.

  5. Sift in the flour in two batches, mix well with your hands

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for five minutes, 190 degrees, middle rack, upper and lower heat. Take out the crust and put jam on it.
