I still love New Orleans barbecue seasoning the most. I usually use it to roast chicken wings, but can it only roast wings? No, a turbot fish comes from the free market, eat New Orleans grilled turbot!

  1. Clean the fish and rinse it. Most markets will clean it up, but it is not done very thoroughly. Come back for finishing, wash it, cut the front and back of the fish, apply salt and cooking wine, stuff the shredded ginger into the cutter, and marinate for 15 minutes

  2. Spread the New Orleans barbecue sauce evenly over the fish and marinate for about an hour

  3. Put tin foil in the baking pan, put Chinese cabbage slices on the tin foil, and then put the marinated turbot fish. The oven is about 230 degrees, the second to last layer of the oven, and it will be baked in about 30 minutes!
