Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Ham

I have always liked eating udon noodles. Today I had a whim and tried it myself. It tastes pretty good! Share it with everyone!

Blanch the udon noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, and set aside in cold water.

Wash the cabbage and tear it into slices by hand and set aside.

Dice tomatoes and ham; slice carrots; mince celery.

Heat a pan, add a little olive oil, add diced ham and stir-fry.

Add tomatoes and carrots and stir-fry.

Add cabbage and stir-fry.

Add udon noodles and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry together.

Add the celery and stir-fry for a while, then remove from the pot.

Plate.
