Garlic Toast Sticks
Overview
Have you ever tried garlic oil and salt sauce? It is a sauce made by adding a small amount of salt to garlic, pounding it into minced garlic, adding a little oil and a little boiled water. It is originally used for salad dishes, but I love it with steamed buns as a dip. Often, just two cloves of garlic can complete a meal. To this day, I still can’t understand why a few cloves of garlic can taste so delicious after simple processing!

Steps
-
Grate the garlic into slices (I used a potato peeler to rub it directly like peeling), add an appropriate amount of salt, and mash
-
Add appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns and pepper noodles, stir well
-
Add a small amount of cooking oil and stir evenly (you can use softened butter, which tastes better! It’s just easier to gain weight...)
-
Cut the toast into strips (you can remove the edges or not)
-
Brush the surface of the toast strips with sauce
-
Brush the reverse side with sauce as well
-
on the grill

Put it in the oven and bake at 180° for ten minutes. Take it out and take a look. If it doesn’t color, bake for another five minutes
