Thaw the tart shell in advance

Pour 240ml milk and 30g powdered sugar into a bowl and stir evenly

Add a spoonful of condensed milk and three egg yolks (just keep the egg yolks and save the egg whites for cooking🤓) and mix evenly

Add 8 grams of flour and mix well

Sieve the egg tart liquid through the tart water and it’s done

Pour into the egg tart shell until it is 70% full

Place the egg tarts in the preheated oven and bake at 200°C and 210°C for about 20 minutes until the surface becomes focused
