Authentic Jiangxi stir-fried duck
Overview
I am a foreign daughter-in-law from Guangdong. I rarely eat ducks in Guangdong, but our hometown in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, prefers ducks. Especially the ducks raised at home are used for stir-fry. They are absolutely perfect for rice. I, a girl, can eat three bowls of rice.

Add a little salt to collect the juice. The key to collecting the juice is not less or more. Because our family usually cooks with less ingredients, we can better taste the original flavor of the food.
