How to cook Tacos at home

The first step is of course to peel the corn. I used sweet waxy corn!
To turn corn kernels into mashed corn, I use the traditional method, iron twist!
Add flour, sugar and a small amount of water to the corn puree and stir in one direction.
Put oil in the pan and fry!
The final product is like this. Although it looks ugly, it sounds great! The first time I posted a recipe picture, it was a bit ugly, but it will get better and better in the future!
