Cranberry Sticky Rice
Overview
Put the glutinous rice in a pudding bottle, add a few grains of rock sugar and cranberries. The steamed glutinous rice is sour and sweet. One bottle per person, just right! Fresh cranberries are not sweet after steaming, so be sure to add rock sugar or sugar water while steaming.

Remove the bad rice grains from round-grained glutinous rice

After cleaning, soak in clean water for 2 hours

Divide the swollen glutinous rice after soaking into 4 pudding bottles. The water should be slightly higher than the glutinous rice; fresh cranberries and rock sugar are ready

Place cranberries and rock sugar on top of the glutinous rice

Put into cold water steamer

Just steam over high heat for 30 minutes

Pink and tender glutinous rice
