Braised tofu with green onions - a quick dish for office workers in 10 minutes

Tofu is rich in nutrients and everyone loves to eat it. But tofu doesn’t taste easy, what should I do? This braised tofu with green onions is easy to make and can be done in ten minutes after getting home from get off work. It is also very delicious and goes well with meals. However, my photography skills and camera are not very good, so just take a look O(∩_∩)O haha~

Slices of northern tofu (approximately less than one centimeter thick. If they are too thick, they will not be cooked and taste good, and if they are too thin, they will break easily)

Wash and cut the green onions into shreds (it doesn’t need to be too thin, too thin will lose the taste)

Heat a pan, add a little oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides

When frying the tofu, prepare the sauce. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, starch and water into a bowl to make the sauce.

After the tofu is fried, cut it into small pieces. Heat oil in the pan

Ginger and garlic slices

When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Pour in shredded green onions and stir-fry evenly

Pour in the tofu and shake gently until the tofu breaks easily
