Less oil version of oil-soaked tounge dish
Overview
I didn’t like the restaurant’s oil-soaked Tongle vegetable oil, so I made my own version with less oil, and it tasted not bad at all

Wash the Tongle vegetables and cut into two sections

Chop the garlic into mince and prepare the meat stuffing

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot. After boiling, blanch the Tongle vegetables until they are cooked. Blanch the roots first and then the leaves

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

Add the meat filling and stir-fry until it changes color

Add oil, starch and an appropriate amount of water to mix into starch water, pour it into the pot, and wait until it boils in the middle of the pot

Pour the minced meat sauce over the dishes
