Wash and drain Eucommia ulmoides, Poria cocos and Cishi;

Cut the lean meat into pieces, roughen the surface of the pork loin and cut into pieces, cut a small amount of ginger into shreds;

Boil water in a pot, pour in the shredded ginger, lean meat and pork loin, add a small amount of rice wine or cooking wine, cook for about 1 minute, and drain off the blood; remove the foam from the pork loin and lean meat and drain it;

Put all the ingredients into the pot, add 5 bowls of water and a few drops of white vinegar, and simmer for about 2 hours; (adding water can be increased or decreased according to the ingredients and the number of people)
