Sausage buns
Overview
I have never made sausage buns, mainly because I don’t like sausages. But I often saw my friends doing it and I was ready to do it, so I finally made up my mind to do it. Overall, it was fine, but I forgot about it when the oven time was up, and simmered it in the oven for another ten minutes, and it turned out to be heavily colored.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the eggs, water, sugar and salt into the bread bucket, add high-gluten flour and yeast powder, stir the dough with chopsticks first, so that the flour will not splash after entering the bread machine
-
Use the 2nd kneading process to knead the dough to the expansion stage. The glove film can be pulled out
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Dispense and relax for 15 minutes
-
Take a dough and knead it into a strip and make it into an oval
-
Place in a baking pan and top with grilled sausages. Because the sausages I bought came in a package of 4, I kept one to make a regular package.
-
Place it in the oven, put a bowl of warm water underneath to keep it moist and ferment until doubled in size. 10 Squeeze on the tomato paste.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 3 minutes, then bake for 10 minutes.
-
When the time came, I had to take it out immediately. I forgot about it. It took me more than ten minutes to remember that the coloring was a bit overdone
