Chicken curry
Overview
Curry is a condiment made from a variety of spices, and many friends like its unique aroma. Chicken breast has no bones, is relatively tender, and tastes good. The cooked curry chicken is yellow and shiny in color, the chicken is crispy and tender, and has the rich aroma of curry and onions. It is a great dish to go with rice ^_^

Clean the chicken breasts, put them in the refrigerator for half an hour to harden, and cut them into 2cm square pieces. Wash onions, potatoes, carrots and green peppers and cut into pieces of about 2cm.

Heat the corn oil in a pan, add chicken breast pieces, onions, potatoes and carrots and stir-fry until the chicken changes color, add cooking wine and cook until fragrant.

Add 400g of water and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes and chicken become tender.

Turn down the heat to low, add the curry cubes, stir until completely melted, and simmer for about 5 minutes until the curry becomes a thick paste and the chicken is fragrant. Add the green pepper and mix well before serving.
