O(∩_∩)O~ Today I bought celery and planned to improve it based on other people's methods to make a simple salad dish - crispy peanuts mixed with celery. This is my first time trying it. Don't laugh at me.

At first I considered frying the whole peanuts, but later I decided to break them into pieces and fry them in oil, so that they would taste better to me. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot, add peanuts while the oil is not hot, fry them thoroughly, add Sichuan peppercorns, and finally add chili peppers. After smelling the aroma, take it out of the pot and pour it onto the blanched celery. Then add an appropriate amount of salt, fresh flavor, vinegar and other condiments according to your personal taste and mix.
