Take a bowl and put minced garlic, chopped scallions, white sesame seeds, chili powder, and salt into the bowl.

Heat oil in a pot, pour the hot oil directly on top, stir evenly, pour in soy sauce and vinegar, and drizzle some sesame oil and chili oil.

Then pour boiling water into the bowl.

Boil water in another pot and add some noodles to cook.

Place cooked noodles in soup bowl.

Boil the cabbage in the remaining boiling water.

Put the souped vegetables next to the noodles, top with pickled mustard and peanuts.

Finally, sprinkle in the chopped green onion, and a simple bowl of Chongqing noodles is ready!
