Overview
Our little pig 🐷 really likes desserts 🍮, so I started to study Western-style desserts. I hope that when I recall the taste of my mother many years later, I will think of these layers of crispiness and tenderness.

First prepare the ingredients: 5 eggs, icing sugar, condensed milk, light cream, tart shell, instant custard powder, pure milk.

First crack the eggs, separate the egg yolk and egg white, and discard the egg white.

Pour one-third of the pure milk into the bowl containing the egg yolks and stir clockwise until evenly distributed.

Pour the remaining milk into the bowl and stir evenly.

Stir into foam and set aside.

Add a little icing sugar.

Add custard powder.

Add condensed milk.

Stir clockwise until evenly mixed.

Add whipping cream.

Stir clockwise until evenly mixed. Since it is mixed by hand, it is really tiring!

Strain the stirred egg tart liquid through a strainer to make the egg tart liquid taste smooth and tender.

Pour the egg tart liquid into the egg tart shell. Since it is the first time and I have no experience, I poured too much. It should be about 8 minutes.

Place in the preheated oven and adjust the upper and lower temperature to 210 degrees. Bake for about 23 minutes. You can adjust it according to the time of your own oven. Just pay attention to the surface of the egg tart to be slightly golden.
