Fruity three-color yam
Overview
Yams have always been a very popular ingredient. They are delicious and nutritious no matter how they are fried, stewed or steamed. Jam has always been a good partner of yam, and blueberry jam is usually used. During the Spring Festival event, I got a Kewpie gift box, which contained three kinds of jam, namely apricot, strawberry and blueberry. Today, I used these to make a fruity yam, which is beautiful and delicious.

Prepare ingredients: yam, honey, apple, apricot jam, strawberry jam, blueberry jam

Wash the yam, cut it into sections, and peel it in water (this can prevent oxidation and irritate your hands and itchiness)

Steam the peeled yam in a steamer

Peel the apple and cut into pieces as desired

Beat apples, honey, mineral water or cold boiled water together to make juice and set aside

Add appropriate amount of warm water and sugar to the blueberry jam to dilute it. Dilute the apricot jam and strawberry jam in the same way

Steamed yam and grind into puree while hot

Pour in the apple honey juice and stir evenly

Make the mashed yam into any shape you like and top it with three kinds of jam
