Original bread rolls
Overview
The main reason is that in some places, high-gluten flour is not easy to buy, but all-purpose flour (the ordinary flour we often eat at home) is available everywhere, so I figured out this recipe.

-
Put milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and all-purpose flour into the bread machine, make a hole in the flour, put in yeast, and follow the dough mixing program. After the dough mixing program is completed, add butter and press the dough fermentation function (generally, one kneading program and one dough fermentation function will knead the dough to the fully expanded stage and remove the glove film)
-
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts, let it rest for a while, roll it into a shape that is thin at one end and thick at the other, and then roll it into a dough piece that is narrow at one end and wide at the other. Start rolling from the wide end to the narrow end. (I forgot to take pictures of the plastic surgery, so I had to describe it in words)
-
After the shaping is completed, put it into a baking pan, spray a little water on the bread (to prevent dry skin) and put it in the oven for a second fermentation. The bread will become 1.5 to 2 times its original size
-
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
