-
Sift low-gluten flour, baking powder, and milk powder into a mixing bowl.
-
Add the diced butter and knead them with your hands into coarse corn kernels.
-
After beating the eggs, add the milk and stir evenly.
-
Pour the milk and egg mixture into the flour and stir into a dough. Leave a little milk and egg liquid for later coloring.
-
Add dried cranberries and knead a few times until roughly evenly mixed.
-
Transfer the dough to a cutting board, press into a round cake, and sprinkle a little flour to prevent sticking.
-
Then fold the dough in half and press it.
-
Roughly roll the dough into a rectangle, about 2cm thick.
-
Cut the dough into heart-shaped mousse circles and place them one by one on the baking sheet. Brush the surface with milk and egg wash.
-
Put it into the preheated oven, set the upper and lower heat to 210 degrees Celsius, middle layer, and bake for 12 minutes.
-
After it comes out of the oven, apply blueberry sauce on the surface, put strawberries on it, and you're ready to eat.
