Fold the milk and baking powder into the flour.

Stir well and knead until dough is ready. Cover and wait until ready to rise.

Place the risen noodles on the chopping board.

Knead into long strips.

Roll into discs.

Add chicken fat and spread evenly.

Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning and roll it up.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Steam for 20 minutes. The rolls are ready to be steamed.
