Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil the pork ribs, remove the excess water, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, sugar, and vinegar and marinate for half an hour; cut the pineapple into pieces, soak in salt water and set aside
-
Heat the oil in a pan, dip the ribs in a thin layer of cornstarch and fry until golden brown
-
The fried ribs contain a lot of oil. You can use kitchen oil-absorbing paper to absorb the excess oil. Remove the pineapple from the salt water
-
Remove the oil from the pan, pour the marinated pork ribs soup, add the fried pork ribs and pineapple, and simmer for 10 minutes until the water is reduced
-
Add a spoonful of vinegar to enhance the flavor before serving. Then the sweet and sour Gu Lao Pork Ribs is ready!
