Walnut milk toast
Overview
This toast tastes special. I originally wanted to make milk toast, but I didn’t have pure milk at home and only had a bag of walnut milk. It wasn’t enough bread for two toasts. I put purified water in the rest. I just put whatever I had at home, and it turned out pretty good

Prepare all the ingredients and put them into the bread machine (except butter) and start the dough mixing process

After a program is finished, add butter and continue kneading the dough

Then pour it out and put it in a basin for the first fermentation

Fermentation is ready

Then divide it into 6 equal-sized portions and roll them up to wake up for 10 minutes

Then shape it again and put it into the toast box for the second fermentation

After secondary fermentation, brush with egg wash, preheat the oven to 180℃ and bake for 35 minutes
