Pineapple Fried Rice

Cut off 1/3 of the top part of the pineapple.

Score it with a knife and slowly pull it out. This process is relatively slow for the first time, and the diced pineapple does not need to be perfectly flat. If you have other methods, you can use your own method.

Soak pineapple cubes in salt water.

If the pineapple cannot be cut completely, you can use a small spoon to slowly scrape it out without scratching the pineapple.

Two eggs, washed green garlic sprouts.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Beat the eggs and fry in oil pan until cooked.

Put the diced frozen vegetables into a pot of cold water and boil them. Be sure to boil them thoroughly, otherwise they will not taste good when added to rice.
