Green Pearl Meatballs
Overview
I have long wanted to soak glutinous rice in spinach juice and make green pearl balls. The autumn spinach I brought back from my sister's house was very tender, so I immediately started squeezing the juice. After soaking the glutinous rice overnight, I suddenly found that the green color was not as green or as transparent as I imagined, but it was still enjoyable. It was glutinous, tasted really good, and the color was acceptable. I originally wanted to use pork filling, but the bacon meat was left over from the grilled prawns. I chopped it up directly and added some green onions and carrots. It was really delicious!
