Beef and Lettuce
Overview
When I got up early to prepare a lunch, I wanted to cut a few pieces of beef with my own sauce, but I found that there was only a small piece left that had been stolen at some point, so I simply paired it with lettuce. The taste was good, there was no fumes, and it also saved precious time in the morning

Wash the lettuce

The lettuce is still raw. The vegetable seller said that the lettuce can be eaten raw, so there is no need to blanch it for too long. I over-blanched it

Prepare the soup for soaking the beef. The recipe for my beef sauce is based on the masters. I usually eat it lightly, so the spices and saltiness are reduced when making the sauce, so it is suitable for use directly. If it is a sauce with a strong taste, it is not recommended to use it directly

Add the sauce and beef cubes and cook until thoroughly cooked
