Here, there are two points to note. ① After the buns are kneaded, they need to be fermented a second time. About 20~30 minutes. Put it in the pot, steam it for 15 minutes after the water boils. ②After the 15 minutes is up, do not open the lid immediately. Simmer for 3 minutes.
