Prepare materials

Wash the green vegetables and set aside

Chop the garlic and set aside

Put 1 spoon of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + appropriate amount of salt into a bowl, add a small spoon of water and mix well

Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of suitable oil and a pinch of salt

Add the green vegetables and blanch the roots for a while

After the roots of the vegetables change color, put all the cabbage hearts into boiling water. When they turn green, take them out and put them on a plate for later use

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a small pot, first add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the seasonings and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat
