Separate the eggs, add water, corn oil, and 15 grams of sugar to the egg yolks, stir evenly

After baking, take it out of the oven and let it cool completely, then tear off the parchment paper

Apply a layer of strawberry jam lightly and spread evenly

Add a little sugar to the light cream and beat until texture appears

Gently spread the whipping cream evenly

Gently roll it up, pinch both ends of the oil paper, fix it, and put it in the refrigerator for an hour to set

After shaping, take it out and cut it into pieces with a serrated knife
