  1. Boil the rice cake until soft

  4. Cut in half, remove the internal organs and wash them

  5. Mix the crab with onions, ginger, a tablespoon of starch, and a tablespoon of cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes

  6. Heat oil (a little more than for cooking)

  8. Fry until red and set aside

  9. Use the base oil for frying crabs: sauté onion, ginger and garlic, then add crab roe

  10. After stir-frying, add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, half a tablespoon dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon cooking wine
