Roasted Yams with Salad Dressing
Overview
To strengthen the spleen for my family, I bought a lot of iron rod yams. This time I grilled it and paired it with the Kewpie Corn Salad I just received. It tasted great. The whole long one was dipped in and eaten by my kid. Nice pairing.

-
Clean the iron rod yam (it is said that the skin of the yam is nutritious, so it is not peeled. If it is difficult to swallow, you can peel it and roast it. Of course, you can also peel it after roasting, whichever is more convenient for you) and cut it into the length you like.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20---30 minutes. Take out the middle and turn over. Depending on the temperament of your own oven, I'm not sure if I remember to take it out when the time is about the same and check if it's scorched.

Baked.

Assemble and serve with your favorite sauce. I used Kewpie Corn Salad Dressing and some ketchup. All taste good. (PS: I actually made two eyes and a greedy mouth expression. If you are handicapped, just leave it like this)
