  1. First, knead all the ingredients required for the dough into a dough and knead until it expands. Among them, the yeast is melted with warm water.

  2. After the dough is kneaded, place it in a warm place covered with a damp cloth to ferment. About 1 hour in winter. Poke a small hole in the dough with your hands. If it doesn't shrink or collapse, it's ready.

  7. Use a knife to make several evenly spaced cuts on the roll. Just cut the ham into sections.

  8. Turn the cut surface of the ham sausage outwards in a crosswise manner.

  9. Make all 4 in turn, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for half an hour.

  10. After it has risen, brush a thin layer of whole egg liquid, then squeeze salad dressing in the middle and sprinkle chopped green onion on the surface.

  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Then bake at 180 degrees over medium heat for 16-18 minutes
