Fermented bean curd and water spinach
Overview
I bought a few recipe books in the supermarket, but they didn't explain them in detail. I figured out how to stir-fry them myself, and they tasted pretty good. I didn’t buy water spinach. My husband grew it downstairs. He goes downstairs to water it every day. It’s a green food.

Wash the water spinach, remove the yellow leaves and pinch off the old stems. 2. Put the fermented bean curd into a small bowl, add a little water, and crush it with a small spoon to form fermented bean curd juice. 3. Chop the garlic. Cut millet pepper into sections.
-
Add appropriate amount of oil, heat to 50% heat, add minced garlic and millet pepper, stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add water spinach and stir-fry over high heat for a while. When the color of water spinach becomes darker and the stems and leaves become soft, add fermented bean curd juice and white sugar and stir-fry evenly
