Overview
Corn silk, also known as dragon whiskers, clears away heat and detoxifies. I bought young corn today. The corn silk is very tender and fragrant, so I made pancakes without wasting any ingredients.

Wash the corn silk and set aside.

Spread out and control the water.

Add flour, water, and eggs, and stir in one direction to form a paste.

Use chopsticks to lift it up, just make sure the batter is in a linear shape, not too thin or too thick.

Cut the corn silk in half, add it to the batter and stir, add salt and chicken essence to the batter.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, slightly shape the corn silk paste and fry it in the pot.

Fry both sides until golden brown and ready to serve.
