Cut the sausage into small pieces, peel and wash the lettuce.

First cut the lettuce into diagonal pieces, then slice it, and cut the garlic into small slices.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add red rice peppercorns and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
