Sauce heart biscuits
Overview
When the holidays come, relatives and friends will gather together, and children cannot ignore it. The cookies you make yourself are not as beautiful as the ones you buy, but the children really like them. If you don’t believe me, try them.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
-
Add eggs and mix well.
-
Stir until completely dissolved.
-
Sift in the low flour, stir with chopsticks first, and then knead into a ball.
-
Let the dough rest for half an hour, divide into small portions of 25g each and roll into balls. Don't use too much force when kneading, just be gentle.
-
Drag the dough in the center of your left hand, gently make a small pit with your right thumb, line the baking sheet with cooking paper, and place the finished biscuits on the baking sheet.
-
Pour jam into the center of the cookies.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes on the middle rack.
-
Take out of the oven and let cool.
-
Pour the chocolate sauce into the piping bag, cut a small opening, and pour the chocolate sauce over the surface of the cookies. It tastes great with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee.
