1. 1 Peel the bananas (I use Saigon bananas from rural areas that are naturally yellow without any medicine)

   

2. 2 The ratio of one pound of bananas to one pound of liquor is 0.2 taels of rock sugar. Bananas themselves are sweet, so you don’t need more rock sugar. It's OK to soak.

   

3. 3 Sweet and delicious, it can also aid digestion and fight high blood pressure.
