Tomato Sauce Salad Bread
Overview
The last time I made a sweet pumpkin meal bag, my mother didn’t like it very much. She said she wanted something salty, so I thought of this salty prepared bread: let the dough shape well and put ham slices on it, then spread tomato sauce on it, put mixed vegetable salad on it, and finally squeeze on tomato sauce to decorate it and put it in the oven. It was really beautiful and soft when it came out of the oven. My mother spoke highly of the bread this time. She said it was much more delicious than the sweet bread. The bread was super soft because I used homemade yogurt to knead the dough, coupled with the refrigerated fermentation and various mixed vegetables and sweet and sour tomato sauce on the bread. It’s no wonder that this bread is not delicious. Especially the older ones have to bring bread with them when they get up in the morning and ask for more ketchup!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients for the bread
-
While the dough is rising, prepare the ingredients for the mixed vegetable salad
-
Make the bread first: put the eggs, yogurt, sugar and salt in the bread machine barrel
-
Add the flour again, and sprinkle the yeast powder on top of the flour
-
Start the bread machine and use the post-oil method to knead the dough to the expansion stage
-
Ferment until doubled in size (when it is halfway through rising, I put the dough into a plastic bag and refrigerate it when I have to go out)
-
During the dough fermentation process, you can make a vegetable salad. Grind the corn and cook it. Cut the cucumber, ham and egg white into small cubes, and slice the remaining ham into small pieces
-
Put various diced pieces into a bowl and add appropriate amount of salad dressing
-
Just stir it evenly (you can also eat it directly now)
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it. Divide it into 8 small portions and roll it into balls. Let it sit for ten minutes
-
Roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet
-
After secondary fermentation, put a piece of ham in the middle
-
Spread a layer of tomato sauce around it and put the mixed vegetable salad on it. Finally, sprinkle salad dressing or tomato sauce on top to decorate
-
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes
