Western Pumpkin Soup
Overview
When eating Western food, corn soup is usually served, but I have eaten pumpkin soup outside and thought it was also very good. Plus, the color is brighter and brighter. I thought it was a good idea to try this with my own combination

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the materials and prepare them
-
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until fragrant, then add pumpkin and saute
-
Add two bowls of water and then add flour. Stir the flour over low heat until the water boils (flour is added to increase the consistency and the flour also has a special fragrance)
-
Simmer the pumpkin over low heat...remember to stir it from time to time to avoid burning the pot. Add an appropriate amount of salt and milk and turn off the heat!
-
Just put it in a blender and make a paste☺️☺️
-
Add chopped ham to the finished product to combine the flavors. I also sprinkled a little bit of chopped parsley (optional)

A must-have for finished western food👏🏼👏🏼😍
