Bitter Melon on a hot summer day. I have a baby at home who doesn’t eat bitter melon. I’ve been thinking hard about it. Stuffing bitter melon with its meat can relieve the heat and reduce the heat. It doesn’t matter if I eat it. I even coaxed and deceived it, but I finally accepted it!

  1. Wash the fresh bitter melon, cut it into circles about two centimeters thick, remove the melon capsule, marinate with salt for ten minutes, rinse with water and set aside.
