Passion Fruit---Mousse Cake
Overview
It was my mother's birthday a few days ago. I originally wanted to go out and buy a cake, but I was afraid that eating it for three people would be too wasteful, so I decided to make one that was economical and healthy. It would be best if I could control the fat content myself. Even my dad, who usually doesn't eat snacks, ate a piece. Tsk, tsk, tsk, it gave me satisfaction~

Steps
-
Collection of materials (Lai Lai~Eggplant~)
-
Cut six-inch chiffon slices into two pieces and set aside (the recipe for chiffon cake can be found in my other recipes, so I won’t go into details here)
-
Break into pieces and soak in water to soften (put less water)
-
Take a piece of cake and put it into the mold, surround it with kiwi cut into semi-circular slices, and set it aside
-
Add the freshly soaked isinglass flakes (together with water) to the cherry jam, and heat over water until the isinglass melts
-
Once cool, add yogurt and mix well
-
Add the sugar to the light cream and beat until wet, then add it to the yogurt-cherry sauce mixture and stir evenly
-
Pour the mixed mousse filling into the mold where the cake slices were just placed (just cover the cake slices just now)
-
Cover with another slice of cake
-
Pour in the remaining mousse filling and refrigerate for more than four hours
-
Decorate with fruits, then melt the chocolate into chocolate paste, put it into a piping bag and write on it
