Wash the chicken legs, score them a few times with a knife, and then prick them into small holes with a fork

Put the chicken legs, seasonings, cooking wine, and salt into a bowl (you can decide whether to add salt according to your own taste) and stir. After stirring evenly, cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for two to three hours (if you are not in a hurry, you can marinate it overnight)

Take out the marinated chicken legs from the refrigerator and wrap them in bread crumbs (I forgot to take a picture here, so just take the previous one)

Pour the oil into the pot to preheat, put the chicken legs wrapped in bread crumbs into the pot and fry until golden brown (I fear the chicken legs will not be cooked, so I fry them for a while), put them in a bowl and let them cool, then you can eat
