Cheese Chicken Steak
Overview
By chance, I tried the cheese chicken steak dish and I fell in love with it. I decided to make it myself, haha, it was quite successful. I like the light milky flavor of the cheese and the crispy skin of the chicken steak. I have to thank my sister for trying this dish. She was probably snickering when she saw it. Haha. . .

Ingredients
Steps
-
Have all materials ready.
-
After washing the chicken breasts, cut them into thin slices, beat each piece of meat with the back of a knife, then add the above seasonings and marinate for about 30 minutes. If you want it to be more flavorful, you can put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
-
Cut the cheese into small pieces.
-
Place the cheese in the middle of the chicken, and sprinkle flour on the sides of the chicken so that it can stick together better when another piece of chicken is placed on top.
-
Add the second chicken breast to complete the chicken cutlet.
-
For convenience and to prevent the cheese from flowing out during frying, I rolled the chicken. Haha.
-
The rolled chicken can be dipped in egg liquid.
-
Coat it with more flour. If you have bread crumbs, you can stick it on after coating it in flour. It should be more beautiful when fried like this.
-
After everything is done one by one, start putting it in the pot and frying it. Gently turn the chicken over every two minutes.
-
Fry over low heat for about 15 minutes. Fry until golden brown. Done. Haha. .
